Our Aircraft Sales Department is experienced in the purchase and sales of jet aircraft for our clients. We offer two strategies for customers needing management services for their aircraft.  The first offers non-revenue services that concentrate only on owner uses.  The second adds the revenue producing capabilities of charter.

Aircraft Acquisitions

The process of purchasing a jet is extremely delicate from start to finish

This includes the initial search, pre-purchase inspection, price negotiating, the “Cape Town Convention”, escrow funding and formal offerings as well as the escrow closing itself.

When an offer is accepted the pre-purchase inspection site can be determined.  The inspection will invariably turn up discrepancies of both airworthy and non-airworthy items causing repairs to be made by the seller and re-negotiation of the purchase price as well. The final delivery has tax implications as well.  Jet Charter International highly recommends that our customers consult their tax advisors even though our recommendations may be of use to you.

The establishment of LLC’s to purchase the airplane makes sense to some.  Listing the plane for charter on an FAR Part 135 certificate and receiving charter income makes sense for others, including the possibility of reducing or eliminating altogether the sales or use taxes created by the purchase. Aircraft Sales

Should you no longer need your airplane Jet Charter International, Inc. and its experienced and knowledgeable staff will assist you in the sale

All marketing and advertising will be done by JCI as well as the production of the Aircraft Specifications Sheet and showing to potential buyers.  JCI will observe the conduct of the buyers’ pre-purchase inspection and defend the status of the plane.  All sales agreements and terms of those agreements will be approved in writing by you the seller.

Aircraft Management

The staff at JCI is very experienced in conducting world-wide operations of owner aircraft

These services include management of trip scheduling and dispatching, airframe and engine maintenance, flight crews and any other logistics related to the operation and care of the aircraft.  JCI will seamlessly coordinate all trips in a manner that leaves the owner free to concentrate on his personal affairs or the affairs of his/her company. All record keeping and accounting has attention to detail and integrated with owner personnel as requested.


Scheduling and dispatching is coordinated with the owner as far in advance as possible to prevent overlap of required maintenance, crew training and/or rest requirements.  Contact our Aircraft Scheduling Department to coordinate your travel needs with other scheduled requirements such as maintenance or training.

Flight crew management includes the proper screening, hiring, training, and monitoring of pilots and flight attendants.  All crewmembers are trained and certified in CPR and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) use in addition to normal, abnormal and emergency aircraft training in FAA approved flight simulators.

Other logistics include accounting and obtaining discount fueling cards and coordination with third party trip planning assistance for over flight and landing permits, visa information and other vital services needed to ensure a successful flight.
